Club Objectives
The objects of the Society are:
(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.
(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.
(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.
(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.
(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.
(f) Curtin Crochet Club is a fun and vibrant community that values the student need for creativity as a relaxer and reflective activity, as done through the act of crocheting and knitting. Our club fosters and facilitates times and events for people to use their creativity to knit and crochet as a break from the stresses of student life. Community is at the forefront, whereby we not only promote relationships between Curtin members, but within the wider community by donating our time and creative projects to selected causes.
Note: No alteration, addition or amendment of the objectives outlined on this page shall be made without prior approval from the Curtin Student Guild in accordance with club governance policies.
